All our routers ship with a custom configured VPN onboard, installed on your server, which will allow all your connected devices to use your VPN server, no matter where you are. Our GL.iNet GL-MT3000 (Beryl) VPN travel routers are the perfect size for going where you go.
Special features of the Beryl include the ability to connect the router to Airport, Hotel, and AirBnB Wi-Fi networks without the need to have physical access to their network.
How it Works
Our VPN Configuration
Our unique VPN setup is custom-tailored for each client and deploys a fully leakproof configuration. This ensures that your location is protected through secure VPN routing of both your IP and DNS addresses. “Leakproof” means that even if your internet connection fails, no data will ever transmit through any IP address other than your dedicated VPN server.
The VPN uses a dedicated IP address that you select when setting up your server. From there, we handle all the configuration, so you can sit back and relax—everything is taken care of for you.

- Our team will set up and manage your VPN server. Using our custom code, we ensure your server is up-to-date, deploy the VPN configuration, and enable secure remote management.
- We Customize and Ship Your Router
- Your router is configured with your unique VPN setup and shipped directly to you.

- Once your router arrives, simply connect it and start using the service.
How Long Does It Take?
The entire process typically takes a few days to complete after you rent your server. The timeline largely depends on how quickly you complete the server rental step.
