1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), along with the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), govern the use of and access to the services provided by Wanderlust Ltd. (“Wanderlust VPN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website (the “Site”), applications (the “Apps”), hardware (the “Router”), and all related content and software (the “Software”) (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Together, these Terms and the Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Wanderlust VPN. Please read them carefully.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services, you become a “Subscriber.” By doing so, you:

4. Privacy Policy
Wanderlust VPN values your privacy. We do not log:

- Traffic destinations or metadata.
- User-linked IP addresses.

5. Subscriptions
Plans and Billing
Our Services are available on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are displayed on our Site. Wanderlust VPN reserves the right to adjust fees or introduce new charges with reasonable notice. Pricing changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
Auto-Renewal
By default, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless canceled. You can disable auto-renewal through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].
Device Use
Each subscription allows usage of the Services on any device connected through the Wanderlust VPN Router. If additional routers are required, please contact our support team for volume licensing options.
6. Refund Policy
Wanderlust VPN offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee to new Subscribers who select an annual subscription. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.
Exceptions:
- Subscriptions purchased via third-party platforms, such as app stores, are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.
- Redemption codes and certain promotional offers may be non-refundable.
- All setup and equipment fees are non refundable.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
By using the Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

8. License
Wanderlust VPN grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Software.
- Share or sublicense your access to the Services without prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights remain with Wanderlust VPN.
9. Hardware and Shipping
Router Use
The Wanderlust VPN Router is pre-configured for exclusive use with our Services. Unauthorized modifications or misuse may void warranties and terminate your subscription.
Shipping
Routers are shipped globally, subject to local regulations. Wanderlust VPN is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs. Defective hardware may be returned for replacement under warranty.
10. Partner Services
Wanderlust VPN may provide access to partner services or promotional offers. Use of these partner services is subject to their own terms and conditions. Wanderlust VPN does not guarantee compatibility or continued availability of partner services.
11. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderlust VPN is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Service interruptions or delays caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.
- Unauthorized access to your account or misuse of your credentials.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wanderlust VPN harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

14. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in suspension of your account. Wanderlust VPN reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and may terminate accounts found to have maliciously initiated them.
